You can improve the appearance of your poached eggs by adding a splash of vinegar to the simmering water. This helps the whites set faster and eliminates any tiny bits of white.
2. Heart bought

Making the perfect fried egg comes down to personal preference. Some prefer butter, while others opt for olive oil or bacon fat (remember to save those drippings!), while others even add ghee. Whichever method you choose, the results will be delicious!
