Satellites monitor the flames in Australia

A prolonged and severe drought in Australia caused a devastating wildfire season. Satellites from global space agencies monitored the massive fires. To help fight wildfires in our country, Canada intends to launch WildFireSat in 2025.

Seasonal on Saturn

Saturn is undoubtedly the Lord of the Rings if it's so photogenic. This view of Saturn was captured by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope and clearly shows two of its icy moons, Enceladus (bottom) and Mimas (right). Thanks to these photos, astronomers can track the changing weather patterns and storms on gas planets.
